Services Offered by Our Mesa Chiropractor

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic non-force adjustments are the foundation of our practice. By utilizing both manual and instrument-based spinal adjustments, our experienced chiropractor can work to quickly relieve chronic pain, correct misalignment, reduce inflammation and promote faster natural healing in the body.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is ideal for relaxing sore, tired muscles. Additionally, massage can be used to help improve the effects of chiropractic adjustments. Depending on your specific needs, different massage techniques may be used to help relieve pain and increase your range of motion.

Corrective Exercises

Corrective exercises can be used to help strengthen and stretch the muscles that support your spine. Simple enough that they can be completed at home or in office, these therapeutic stretches are great for correcting many common musculoskeletal conditions.

Nutritional Counseling

A healthy diet is a fundamental aspect of achieving an optimal level of overall wellness. We are happy to provide recommendations on different nutritional supplements and dietary choices to help ensure you stay healthy and fit from the inside out.

Additional Services Offered

To better meet the varying needs of our patients, some of the additional holistic services we provide include:

  • Acupuncture
  • Weight Loss
  • Zerona Laser

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

"I love what he has been able to do for me and my whole family! I would suggest seeing him to everyone I know. Which I do..."

    John S.

"I am on my second treatment with the Zerona Fat loss and have lost 2" in just my stomach alone and can feel the difference in my clothes already. This works! Can't wait to see what my results are after my 6th visit. The doctor and staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you for the great experience."

    Dannielle DiPadova D.

"Dr Abrams is amazing!! He has been able to relieve my pain significantly in about two months. Prior to him I had been seeing a different chiropractor for over two years with absolutely no pain relief. The other doctor's X-rays would should progress in my neck and back and I just figured I was just stuck dealing with pain. I'm so thankful for Dr. Abrams."
